Qualification : MBA - Masters Degree / Diploma (HR)

Experience : 5 - 7 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent acquisition in an NBFC / BFSI may apply
The HRM will be responsible for the entire HR activities in the assigned region with focus on recruitment.
Key Responsibilities / Functions :
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition - Responsible to fill vacancies as per approved budgets for all critical positions - Proactivly maintain adequate pipeline of candidates for critical positions - Vacancy closure as per TAT.
Employee Orientation, Training & Development - To foster positive attitudes - Training to enhance capability - To understand their career aspirations & clarify expectations - To discuss career options in the organization
HR Operations - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. - advice the mangement for an appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Design Initiative to drive employee engament And retention - conduct Rewards & recoginition programmes - ensure record keeping and analytic feedback of employee foot print.s
