Senior Manager/Manager - Human Resource ERP Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced HR ERP Consultant to lead the HR ERP implementation project.

Key competencies/skills required :

- Very good presentation & communication skills

- High sense of ownership

- Strong synthesis and analysis skills to business processes / challenges & develop high performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of HR ERP

- Must have experience in implementation of more than five HR ERP (Preferably Oracle Fusion or SAP Success Factor) from scratch

- Deep Experience in middleware platforms such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, Dell Bomi

- Deep experience in inter module integration

- Deep knowledge of AI / ML capabilities of HR ERP & must have an experience of implementing chat bot / integration with digital assistant

- Strong synthesis and analysis skills with the ability to translate research and data into meaningful and creative insight
