Role:


This role closely works with the India leadership team to achieve business initiatives and ensure day-to-day support to business. The role requires understanding the business and rolling out HR interventions that add value to the business and employees. The role holder will be an ambassador of the companys culture and values, ensuring the employee experience is consistent to achieve a high-performance culture. The role holder will partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.


The role is based out of Bangalore and will report to HR Head will require working in hybrid mode with work from office 2-3 times a week.


Responsibilities:


- Act as a strategic business partner and work closely with the company leadership and global leaders.


- Responsible for developing, supporting, and iterating on programs to improve the employee experience at the company.


- Responsible to provide effective advice on all matters of the employee life cycle to leadership and employees.


- Ownership of Performance & Talent Management, Rewards & Benefits for ISG India.


- Design and implement reward structures that reward and recognize high performance.


- Design and drive short-term to long-term strategies for talent retention and attrition control.


- Facilitate HR meetings/discussions with managers and the leadership team to help align key business issues.


- Identify and develop new HR practices, programs, and policies.


- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to leadership, managers, and employees.


- Support Learning & Development in identifying and addressing competency, knowledge, and talent gaps through needs analysis and implementing learning solutions and training program.


Education and Experience:


- MBA-HR from a reputed college / university


- Overall experience of 12-15 years in Human Resource Management


- 10+ years relevant experience in a HR Business Partner role preferably from IT


Knowledge and Skills:


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player.


- Strong business acumen & understanding of the business.


- Exercise good judgment in the handling of complex and sensitive matters


- Ability to effectively manage timelines, deadlines, and goals.


- Ability to analyze data and provide insights or recommendations.


- Able to mentor and lead a small team of HR professionals.
