Senior Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounting - BPO/Consulting

Roles & Responsibilities :

The candidate shall have to :

- Handle accounting team of 10-15 persons

- Responsible for authorizing all day to day accounting transactions and ensuring keeping of up to day accounting books in ERP or Tally

- Compliance of all statutory requirements like TDS, VAT, Service Tax and other applicable taxes.

- Timely Reporting of monthly financials as per Indian GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS.

- Providing solution to day to day issues faced by accounts team

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Fund Management

- Responsible for cash flow preparation and variation analyses along with expense variation

- Co-ordination with Banks, Internal Audit team and Statutory Auditors

- Implementing effective controls and processes in accounts team
