Sr. Manager/Manager/Executive -Key Accounts (IT /US Staffing/Telecom)


- Responsible for new business development, effectively communicating customer needs and resolving customer issues. Additionally, this position will require teamwork and support of successful resolution of intercompany customer issues and will ensure the Company has a clear understanding of customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Focus on exploring and engaging with various levels in customer hierarchy to identify problems and map it to solutions Maintain and build Co's footprint within your assigned account(s) within the Technology focused industry.

- Network and engage with various levels with enterprise from typically a Director to C-Level to discuss vision, roadmap, problems, and technologies solutions mapped to business outcomes

- Partner with your client(s) to help influence strategic technical direction and identify ways Organisation can come in to help them achieve business objectives

- Maintain a utilization target of 40-50%

- Drive revenue responsibility of $X (per annum) assigned based on P&L definition

- Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of Pluto7 Offerings, and sets the direction for that growth

- Provide oversight and governance of technical sold/managed engagements

- Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the offering

- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list and understands how Pluto7 Practice Areas interact

- Oversee technical project delivery quality assurance

- Assign tasks when resources are between projects

- Facilitate client satisfaction surveys (where applicable)

- Provide oversight to teams ranging from typical 2-10 headcount working globally

- Responsible for staffing and utilization of team coordinated with the solutions delivery team

Qualification And Experience :

1. Engineer or MBA with 3-12 years of quota carrying consultative sales and strategic account management experience within an IT services organization or US Staffing or Telecom. Age not mor than 35.

2. Experience of engaging with complex accounts in selling a broad portfolio of IT/US Staffing/ Telecom solutions at C-level

3. Account/delivery management experience. Consulting experience preferred.

4. Advanced technical project delivery including all aspects of program/project management

5. Experience in Business and System architecture for large Enterprises

6. Excellent technical and analytical skills

7. Experience in data modelling and storyboard for customer stakeholders

8. Previous P&L responsibilities handling and management (nice to have)

9. Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills
