Sr. Manager/ Manager - Delivery (Staffing)

- Working closely with client managers.

- Gathering requirements from clients, qualifying those requirements and getting all the finer details.

- Distributing requirements amongst team members.

- Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon and timely submissions are made.

- Providing quality check for resumes going out to the client.

- Tracking progress on requirements by following up with client managers and also with internal recruiters.

- Helping recruiters on high priority requirements or requirements where the resume flow is not very strong.

- Daily progress tracking of requirements.

- Regular follow ups with clients to make sure that requirements being worked upon are active and not stale.

- Ensure that candidates selected by client are delivered on projects in a timely manner.

- Working closely with recruiters and making sure that processes / company best practices are followed.

- This position will require creating weekly and monthly reports for management.

- Good analytical & mathematical skills as this will be required for salary / rate negotiation.

- Helping ReqRoute win more business from existing clients by strengthening client relationship.

- Co -ordinates with contracts department for documentation to be sent to clients

- Sends necessary paperwork to Clients

- Sends reporting details to candidates

- Follows up with candidates after submission

- Follows up with clients for feedback by mail/trackers

- Prepare client specific or position specific trackers Co -ordinates interview

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL SETS:

1. 8 Plus Years of experience in staffing division. Must have client facing role

2. Strong communications skills and sales Aptitude

3. Excellent Co -ordination skills

4. Must have very good understanding of SDLC and various roles and functions

5. Must have strong MS office skills

6. Should have been an excellent hands on recruiter who managed reks from similar clients, staffing, recruiters, rate negotiation, submittal, vendor, agreement, recruiter & paperwork
