- MBA Marketing or MBA Information & Technology or BBM
- 2 to 3 years of experience worked on CRM Platform Sales /Marketing application
- Proficient in Excel and MS applications
- Worked in projects on data analytics for marketing
- Email marketing /SMS marketing platform knowledge
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee the team of executives managing CRM.
2. Train new users to use the platform and establish best practices.
3. Document internal procedures, policies and tutorials.
4. Inform, test and implement product and operational improvements and automation.
5. Implement and enable team to use new databases, processes and tools.
6. Create real-time performance dashboards to monitor and evaluate key performance metrics - and identify areas for improvement.
7. Lead key marketing initiatives, ad hoc research projects, and root cause investigations.
8. Ensure the processes around data manipulation are efficient, accurate and meet the highest levels of data security.
9. Support CRM Business with program tracking, status reporting, contract management, and segment targeting
10. Administer campaign data and resolve issues in campaign management system.
11. Ensure accuracy of campaigns and program execution.
12. Analyzes the results of direct mail marketing and email campaigns.
13. Interacts with vendors etc.
