Senior Manager/Manager - Credit Policy & Portfolio Analytics - Affordable Business

Responsibility:

- In-depth Knowledge of housing finance.

- Managing multiple policies - such as internal policies, pan India policies of credit, legal policies etc.

- Candidate should be good with affordable housing policies and well knowledgeable.

- Candidate should also be skilled in portfolio monitoring, training policies and constructing guidelines and SOP's

- Responsible for Underwriting of Loans (affordable business) upto 2cr

Competencies:

- Drafting of product and policies in affordable business.

- Ability to manage a Team
