Role : Sr.Manager / Manager - Campus Hiring Lead - IT Setup

Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary:

- The role is part of the Talent Acquisition team and will be to lead the Campus Recruitment Program across India

This Individual would be the one-stop shop for all E school , B schools related hiring and engagement initiatives in India. The Individual will also be responsible for:

- Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the Campus recruitment and Engagement team.

- Build and maintain relationships with campuses

- Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment.

- Lead compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating campus hiring strategy from E schools & B Schools across India working closely with the Business leadership team

- Planning and executing the campus delivery cycle end to end

- Creating engagement and branding strategy for E schools & B schools

- Work with Recruitment marketing team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives

- Managing the financial budgets and delivering initiatives

- Identifying areas of opportunity and shaping actions to address them, where needed

- Ensure one Accenture face to the Campus and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed

- Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate strategies

- Work closely with the India Operations lead to understand the hiring forecast
