Sr. Manager/Manager (Campus Hiring)

- Build and enhance relationships with campuses

- Provide strategic direction for campus hiring by means of the right fit

- Step in as an Company's ambassador

- Engage with campuses (and to-be-joiners) on a regular basis right through the year, and get the best slots which is a win-win at both ends

- Aid in off-campus hiring

- Aspire to be on-the-ground professional who is excited to work on operationalizing activities, managing commitments and deliver as a leader

- Carry good enthusiasm with a can-do attitude and get results even in the face of adversities and current market situation which is dynamic

- Provide industry and competition intelligence

- Be number oriented, commit and deliver

- Coordinating and hosting campus recruitment events on campus and in-house and Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event.

- Attending college career fairs, interacting with students, and promoting our employer brand externally. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internship.

- Facilitating interviews, applicant tracking system and CRM maintenance and reporting.

- Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems

- Act as a main point of contact for future and recent campus hires

Qualification And Experience:

i. Should have worked as a full time recruiter for Minimum 8 Plus Years & minimum 3+years into campus hiring

ii. Must have an exposure of interfacing with Tier 2 & 3 Colleges

iii. Should have worked in a fast-scale start-up organization at a torrid pace

iv. Should be highly organized with wonderful interpersonal skills

v. Should be able to work in matrix reporting environment

vi. Should be able to handle pressure and possess strong time-management skills.

vii. Should possess excellent analytical skills and be a problem solver

viii. Should be able to navigate ambiguity well and is a savvy negotiator

ix. Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques and methodologies

x. Sound knowledge of full recruitment cycle

xi. Exceptional networking abilities along with strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
