Job Description:- Develop and execute business development strategy focused on attracting and onboarding new crypto traders through subscription of an App and Trading BoT.
- Support & sustain a healthy relationship with existing customers.
- Identify potential partners, and institutions to collaborate with, forging strategic alliances to expand our reach and user base.
- Drive the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and relationship management and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, technology and legal, to align strategies and leverage resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes in the crypto space, incorporating insights into our business development approach.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential target segments.
- Represent 3.0 verse at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and cultivate valuable connections.
What We Look for In You:- Preferably should have experience of managing trading operations on any Indian / global crypto Exchange.
- Should have experience in building community and designing campaigns which attract users and build community.
- +3 years of experience in managing retail or institutional clients.
- Should have experience of Marketing, Sales, Business Development or expanding Business Network in crypto industry.
- Should have strong communication skills.
- While work experience is more important but if the professional fits in the above role, we would be open for discussion.
- Should have managed a team.
- Should be energetic and always have "Get Going" attitude.
- Create Go-To-Market strategy to target crypto traders or institutional desks.
- Expertise in closing multiple deals in coordination with senior management.
