Sr. Manager/Manager - Business Development
Job Description
1. Meeting Clients and finalizing the Comprehensive Property Management Deals for Malls as well as for Corporates.
2. Making BD Plans & Strategies.
3. Contacting Service Vendors for Mobilizations.
4. Analyzing latest trend of the market in terms of Comprehensive Property Management and benchmarking with the other Facility Management Companies.
5. Develop New Business Relationships, generate and negotiate new income for EPMS to the set targets and increase year after year
6. Sending Proposals for Property Management and giving presentations to the clients.
7. Helping in signing of Agreements, SLA- s, NDA, and LOI's.
8. Preparation of Activity Charts and Event Calendars.
9. Helps in renewal of contracts from the clients
OB SPECIFICATION
- Minimum 7 years in Business Development in property/Facility management companies.
- Having good track record of business development/sales
Any Graduate/ MBA - Marketing/Business Development/sales.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Work experience and knowledge of real estate / property management/Facility management market.
Comprehensive experience in dealing with corporate and the developers.
Skill in budget preparation pertaining to Business Development.
Good at Financials and daily reporting.
IT know how and skills
Strong PR and communication skills & good at MS-Office(Power point)
Good man management and time management skills
Must have good contact & market knowledge in Facility industry.
