Position- Manager/Sr Manager- Sales
Location- Bangalore
Objective- To hire 1 resources with minimum 5+ years BPO sales experience and overall 10+ years of experience in the BPO industry
Reporting to: Vice President- Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development/Generation of new business leads, develop strategies and objectives with regards to new business opportunities
Develop new opportunities at CxO level both in Govt / PSUs as well as Corporates
Nurture- sales- opportunities from start to finish with key decision makers
Generating prospects and leads in the identified business verticals
Understanding of the market and generating market intelligence by keeping track of offerings from competitors and their market movements
Be abreast with the kind of deals that are being signed as well as the movement of the market
Responsible for bid management by working seamlessly with internal teams
Developing and maintaining a strong repository of data with all relevant information for repeatable use in meeting clients
Participation in trade shows and events
Manage multiple- sales- cycles of varying lengths at any one time, and of varying complexity
Responsible for- Sales- planning along with head of function in managing targets
Key Account Management- Handle existing accounts as an account manager and drive revenue growth by multiplying more number of FTEs to the existing engagement
80% time devotion to Hunting role and 20% to farming role
Essential Skills:
Proven- sales- and consulting expertise, gravitas and leadership abilities to be credible in front of C- level client contacts
Regular updated information on the latest trends in the industry and the market in general
Confident at both face to face and phone based- sales, creating and conducting demonstrations and presentations, negotiating pricing and contractual terms
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent diagnostic skills to discern whether the solution set fulfills a need for a particular client
History and proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Should be assertive and must be a Go-Getter
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate preferably (not essential) in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing
5+ Years of- BPO- Sales- experience in handling multi-million dollar Corporate and, or Government accounts, capable of growing high potential accounts, proven experience in the industry delivering revenue, market share and profit in highly competitive markets. Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT/ITES Industry
Experience in- BPO- sales- having worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2- BPOs- in the domestic market. Good knowledge of businesses in Banking, Insurance, Telecom & Ecommerce verticals
Strong- Sales- expertise and Industry knowledge with operational understanding of the key business activities and processes of- BPO- Services
Conversant with PowerPoint and Excel
