Job Role : Global Sales Proposal Manager, Transaction Banking
Job Location : Bangalore
Experience: 7-12 Years
The Role Responsibilities :
- Partner with RMs and TB Sales to deliver high quality proposals/presentations and drive deal wins
- Engage with deal owners on pre-deal engagements and client meetings to better understand client's requirements
- Co-ordinate deal calls and facilitate discussions on client solutions, share knowledge and client experiences with the deal team
- Work with subject matter experts to customise and present the most compelling solution for the client
- Collaborate with regional counterparts and large teams, manage priorities to drive efficient pitch preparation process
- Ensure that latest product and market developments are reflected in content database and client responses
- Evaluate client asks and look into the feasibility and commercial benefits of developing new content to meet pitch requirements.
- Work closely with content team to update and improve the standard content database on an ongoing basis
- Promote utilisation of SalesPoint (online central repository of TB content) through internal workshops and other internal communication initiatives
- Collate post deal client feedback and provide inputs for management in business update report
- Administer deal review calls and ensure compliance to deal review guidelines, provide inputs to improve the guidelines where relevant.
- Support the Global Content and Proposal Management Team in Singapore and subject matter experts to create new content and segment/industry value propositions, update and enhance the quality of content database on an ongoing basis,
- Drive and maintain standards on all deliverables and identifies, develops and utilises best practices including templates, proposal writing, consistency, clarity and tone

- Accountability for driving the deal team in clearly articulating competitive cash management solutions in a client centric manner
- Accountability for ensuring effective interaction between teams across different geographies
- Accountability for efficient delivery of cash and trade management proposals for Africa and the Middle East
- Accountability for driving centre of excellence in content and proposal content management
- Drive consistency and brand standards across all proposals globally
- Understand risk issues and incorporate appropriate solutions within proposals
- Reporting relationships and Interactions
- Reporting to Global Head, Content and Proposal Management
- Interface with all levels within The Group
Our Ideal Candidate :
- Good knowledge of cash and trade management and banking
- Excellent project management skills, including high attention to detail and facilitation experience
- Excellent English verbal and written communications, other language abilities highly desired.
- Committed team player with willingness to be hands-on.
- Client Focus/Stakeholder Management
- Experience with deadline driven tasks and meeting deadlines
- Problem solving capabilities
- Experience in Corporate Treasury will be a plus
Professional :
- A degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years Cash Management experience
Technical :
- Advanced experience in MS Office Suite (in particular MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
- Qvidian/proposal writing system experience will be an advantage
