Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts

Experience of Accounts Payable Mandatory

Responsibilities: May include but are not limited to

- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers.

- Commission

- Expense Invoicing

- Material Invoicing

- Ensure Vendor account management and reconciliation as per approved guidelines

- Correct Invoice booking under appropriate account codes

- Ensuring correct accounting

- Ensuring correct deduction of taxes

- Timely payout to vendors/employee as per defined SLA/TAT

- Handling various function of accounts payable process in SAP

- Data entry of all accounting vouchers in SAP

- Ensure all vendors invoices/ are in compliance with firms policies and guidelines.

- Identify process and/or system improvement opportunities, recommend a solution, obtain the necessary approval and assist with implementation.

- Establish good controls to ensure accurate and timely payments to Vendors.

- Creating reports for and monitoring accruals, pending invoices, past due payables and pre-payments.

Required experience, skills and knowledge:

- 8 to 15 years' experience in Accounts Payables and Expenses reimbursement.

- Expert Proficiency in SAP.

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

- Proficient with computers and applications; Microsoft Office, database systems.
