CA / MBA(Finance) with 10 to 15 Years of relevant Post Qualification Experience

MUMBAI Candidates Preferred

Complete Responsibilities to handle Accounting & Financial Planning

- Lead, train and mentor a team of financial/accounts executives to deliver superior performance

- Monitor/control/report/make presentations on Income and Expenditure

- Purchases and Procurement plans

- Treasury and Investments

- Performance vs Budget & long-term objectives

IT/MIS Systems

- Liaison/completion of periodic internal/statutory annual audits/income/sales/service tax returns

- Develop Annual Budgets

- 3 to 5 year Capital Expenditure plan

- Assist in Insurance, Legal & Property matters

- Basic familiarity and knowledge of Company Secretarial practices.

- Monitor performance/make recommendations on Strategy and
