We have been mandated for a large global conglomerate for Senior Manager, Management Development.
Main Purpose:
Identify & design best in class training programs for Management development and manage end to end operations of the training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal and external customers to uncover development needs, aligned to business objectives and propose appropriate intervention / solution / program
- Design and deliver programs in area of managerial / functional expertise
- Develop the training plan and manage end-to-end operations (content development, delivery and logistics) to ensure seamless and effective management of training programmes
- Decide key training delivery mechanisms and manage all collaborations with internal and external parties to design and deliver the training content to ensure best in class fulfilment of training needs identified
- Collaborate with Planning & Infrastructure to ensure seamless and effective delivery of training programmes and ensure regular review and process improvement of the divisional training program
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management
- Candidates with PhD or FPM would be preferred.
