Position Name : Sr Manager Management Development
Responsibilities : Main Purpose:
To address capability development needs of the workforce spanning managerial and functional competencies through appropriate identification of development needs, design and delivery of relevant programs / interventions, determining the best channel for training delivery, finding suitable external training partners as required and assessing training effectiveness.
Key Deliverables:
1. Develop the training plan for its division and manage end-to-end operations (content development, delivery and logistics) to ensure seamless and effective management of training programmes
2. Decide key training delivery mechanisms and manage all collaborations with internal and external parties to design and deliver the training content to ensure best in class fulfilment of training needs identified
3. Collaborate with Planning & Infrastructure to ensure seamless and effective delivery of training programmes and ensure regular review and process improvement of the divisional training program
4. Keep abreast of the various training delivery systems and strategies to introduce the best-in-class training programmes to employees

- Ability to define learning objectives, and create a program design which aligns with learning objectives
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills - ability to independently deliver programs to an audience
- Working knowledge of how to assess training effectiveness
- Knowledge and Expertise in specific managerial / functional competencies
- Exposure to alternative learning channels - e-learning, MOOCs, virtual classroom, etc.
- Connect with external institutions and firms into management and leadership development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues
- Having a strong Customer Focus
Academic Qualification and Experience: A Fellow (Ph.D) in Management or an MBA from a reputed institution with relevant experience in training design and delivery. Any Training / OD certifications completed will be an added advantage.
