Senior Manager - Maintenance - Agrochemicals/Pharmaceuticals

Educational Qualification: B.E Mechanical

Previous Experience : 12 - 15 years

- Industry to be hired from Chemical processed based industry like Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals. Fine / specialty chemicals

Skills and Knowledge required :

- Ability to handle day to day maintenance of plant and operation of utilities with the help of engineers.

- Ability to solve technical issues.

- Possesses manpower handling and counselling abilities.

- Knowledge of QMS and ISO systems.

- Good Technical knowledge of own as well as related fields.

- Familiar with software like SAP etc.

- Ability to prepare and read engineering drawings.

- Good communication, administrative and interpersonal skills.

- Good leader and ability to handle large manpower and ability to resolve issue.
