Senior Manager - M&A Tax - Law Firm

One of the reputed law firm is looking to hire Senior Manager with 4-7 years of experience in M&A Tax for there Delhi location. Candidates should be a qualified CA, or MBA Finance

Job Responsibilites

- Should have knowledge of the applicable laws, valuation, taxation and process relating to mergers, acquisitions, demergers and corporate restructuring including Companies Act, taxation, accounting and sebi laws etc.

- Should have experience of at least 4-5 years in advising clients on issues relating to corporate restructuring, merger, demergers, and related aspects in a reputed consulting company/firm.

- The responsibilities would also include leading client engagements, providing strategic advice, managing due diligence processes, finalising and making management and board presentations on plans and schemes, etc.

- Should have strong leadership, team management, clients management and projects implementation and monitoring aptitude.
