About our Client: Our client is a leading player within the consulting space, with a massive global presence. With a strong foothold of over a century in India, they are looking to add a Senior Manager - M&A Tax, based out of their Delhi NCR office.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Partner, you would be responsible for managing advisory assignments ranging from corporate restructuring, amalgamation, demergers, investment structuring, exit planning, jurisdictional analysis, acquisition structuring and advising on various tax and regulatory matters.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant 9 - 12 years of post qualification experience within M&A Tax advisory.

- Prior experience in team management along with a proven track record of building business is also a must.
