Support strategic, high priority, Global M&A, Rebadges, and Integration projects across the various HR Shared Services sub-functions while ensuring effective and efficient execution. The incumbent would work very closely with business, HR, Corporate M&A team, Regional counterparts, Shared Services, and IT teams to understand problems and execute solutions. S/he would be responsible for understanding the as-is HR Policies, tools, and processes of the acquired entity/rebadge and execute a high-level plan aimed towards integrating the variant policies, tools, and processes with the larger Genpact policies, tools, and processes keeping the regional nuances in mind.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience: 4+ years of relevant experience leading projects with cross-functional teams, working knowledge of basic HR processes, policies, and tools
