Job Description :

- The person will be responsible for resolving weight issue and provide a delightful experience to the client.

- Interacting with Seller and courier over Mails, call & chat.

- Managing data of day to day activities.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:

- Understanding of Weight (Kg, LB, Inches, CM, Volumetric weight, Actual Weight).

- Knowledge of packaging. (Flyer, Box).

- Good in MS Excel.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers.

- Should have good analytical skill.

- A person should have experience in E-commerce or E-commerce logistics organization.
