Senior Manager - Legal - Real Estate - LLB

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8 - 14 years of experience

- Supporting the general counsel on legal and compliance responsibilities pertaining to the activities of the company.

- Tracking and overseeing all legal proceedings by and against the company and its assets.

- Coordinating with stakeholders and external counsel in the context.

- Tracking all legal notices and regulatory proceedings against the company.

- Reviewing all contracts pertaining the acquisition of one or more assets company

- Reviewing all financing documents in connection with any debt facility obtained by the company.

- Preparing updates covering legal/compliance developments.

- Track reporting requirements under all long term contracts executed by the company.

- Tracking the progress of all legal deliverables and providing regular updates to management.

- Reviewing legal queries raised by various stakeholders and preparing responses.

Qualification: LLB

Experience: 8 - 14 years of experience

- Experience in dealing with debt financing transactions and M&A transactions.
