Job Description :

- Inspection of title documents of the property inclusive of revenue records, P. R. Cards, mutation entries, ECs, title deeds, other related property documents etc. during title due diligence process for Delhi/NCR branches;

- Review of Title Certificate issued by empanelled lawyers of the Delhi/NCR branches; determine the existence of legal impediments in title of the property and guide the Business/Credit team to cure the defects;

- Drafting/vetting/negotiating of loan documents, mortgage / security creation documents;

- Resolution of day to day retail queries across North branches;

- Co-ordination, Empanelment and review of the empaneled lawyers;

- Training to cross functional stake-holders.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

- Law Graduate from a reputed law college with minimum experience of 4 to 9 years in Retail (Home loans/Lap)

- Drafting, Vetting of Title due diligence report;

- Proficient in drafting and vetting of loan & security documents;

- Thorough understanding of Mortgages, Land laws, Stamp Act & local laws, Indian Registration Act etc.
