Senior Manager - Legal - LLB - Pharma

Job Role:

- Drafts, reviews and negotiates wide range of contracts.

- Handling processing and follow-up on a variety of contract document requirements.

- Work widely on the different areas of the business and on legal matters covering commercial contracts, regulation and compliance.

- Ability to quickly understand business objectives of a transaction, identify related issues, and facilitate a risk / benefit analysis

- Partner with internal clients and provide advice on negotiations, strategies & standard terms of agreement

- Advise internal client on contract interpretation and other legal risk

- Ability to think and devise solutions to challenging problems

Requirement:

- Law degree from nationally recognized Law School (LLB)

- Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to pharma sector

- Minimum of 10- 14 years of experience in legal practice with experience in multinational Pharmaceutical / IT company.

- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills
