Senior Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - Telecom

Job Description :

- Will involve drafting of replies to consumer complaints received from broadband customers, Liasoning with our solicitors to defend the complaints filed by consumers in the consumer forums across the country.

- Drafting and Preparing counter statements to consumer complaints.

- Drafting and executing distributorship contracts for our broadband distributors.

- In the cable TV sector - drafting of letters affidavits and petitions relating to disputes filed by broadcasters or against broadcasters or by or against cable operators in the TDSAT.

- Travelling to Delhi and meeting and briefing counsel.

- Drafting and executing agreements with broadcasters and cable operators.

- Preparing and finalizing Joint venture documentation relating to take over of cable TV networks across the country

- Corporate Legal Issues - both Regulatory and Documentary. Documentation and litigation work. + 138 matters - Visit to police stations for any company related issues + court representation.

Key Skills : Experience - 8-10 years

Qualification - LLB/LLM

Notice Period - Immediately/1 months notice
