Job Profile :

- Litigation strategist

- Will be responsible for Corporate recovery (above 100 cr)

- Dealing with external lawyers and what should be answered

- Should have understanding of Company law and debt recovery

- Require thorough knowledge of SARFAESI with practical experience.

- Should know DRT act, SICA (covered by BIFR)

- Understand capital structure of corporate - M&A activities

- NCLT - understanding at that forum
