Senior Manager - Legal - LLB

We have an opening with one of my clients for the role of Sr Manager Legal.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling matters relating to Labour law compliance, litigation and labor authorities inspections;

2. Reviewing and monitoring compliance with local laws and design and run a comprehensive compliance program

3. Interacting with labor and other statutory authorities including but not limited to interactions resulting from their inspections and notices

4. Participating in litigation strategies with the Head - Legal, internal stakeholders and external counsels

5. Drafting, reviewing and finalizing real estate contracts and other related documents including handling their registrations with the authorities

6. Handling complaints arise from ethics and code of conduct breaches including matters pertaining to the Internal Complaints Committee (inclusive of conducting the disciplinary proceedings in consultation with OEBC and ER stakeholders in the US)

Education/Experience Requirements:

1. Law degree from an accredited top Indian law school.

2. Demonstrated strong interpersonal senior management relationship skills

3. Experience in the following areas: technology outsourcing; information security and privacy, intellectual property,commercial contracts, IT consulting service purchase and sale, and general corporate law

4. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and litigation experience are desirable

5. Deep understanding of FCPA is a must
