Reports to Functional : Director Legal

Degree of independence : Works independently

Role Objective : This role also involves independent handling of Legal work with good understanding of IT and Distribution agreements.

In the above area of work, is primarily responsible for :

- Legal Affairs

- Government Affairs

- Licensing

Principal Accountabilities :

- Drafting, vetting and finalization of agreements/contracts, & legal documents, SOW, Service agreement

- Contract Management

- Advise management on regulatory changes impacting business

- Data protection laws and policies, including training Ingram

- Micro associates

Primary interactions :

- Internal Finance, Marketing, Sales, Production, Sourcing, and HR departments

- External Govt. Officials

- To impact regulations that promote business

- Licensing

- Law firms

Profile :

Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce

- LLB

Experience : 12+ years of relevant work experience

Knowledge and skill set :

- Knowledge of various laws

- Keeping abreast of different changes in the regulatory environment

- Analytical ability

- Active participation in business decision of the company
