Senior Manager - Legal Counsel

- Advise on all regular matters including Contractual Disputes, FDI laws, labour and employment matters, contract interpretation, breach and remedies, contract compliance requirements.

- Handle regulatory issues - Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), FEMA , Legal Metrology, FSSAI.

- Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics.

- Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies.

- Strong contract drafting and negotiations skills

- Conducting research on different laws and regulations in various geographic and political environment

- Research and analysis of various policies, bills, amendments, notifications, relating to and impacting the Group

- Managing critical as well as consumer matters
