Position: Sr. Manager- Legal & Compliance
Competencies: Analytical skills, and well versed of relevant IRDAI laws.
Job Description:
- Approving, reviewing the advertisement related Compliances.
- Uploading of Advertisement on BAP.
- Handling Internal Audit., further also conducting compliance audit and testing to highlight and fulfil the regulatory gaps in the department.
- Conducting Outsourced Committee meeting, reporting of material activity as well outsourced vendor to the Committee, repository of the MOM of the meeting and compliances regarding filing of Outsourcing Report to the regulator.
- Product documents vetting and filing related Compliances i.e. Conducting PMC meeting, all documents and PMC approvals are kept in the repository.
- Compliances related to place of business i.e. filing w.r.t. branch opening, closure, relocation to the regulator as well as in the BAP. Keeping repository of the same.
- Ensuring submission of all periodical returns as well as Adhoc return to IRDAI/ IIB/GIC.
- Preparation of Rollout (Summary of Regulatory updates) on daily updates from the regulatory Bodies.
- Updating the Quarterly Compliance Checklist, giving opinion to Internal department regarding Compliances and tracking of the compliance actionable as well as implementation within the Organization.
