Purpose of the Job :-
- Handling all legal matters pertaining to Labour laws and Securities Laws
- Drafting response to the legal, regulatory notices/complaints , Petitions in Labour matters etc
- Appearing in person for all legal matters in Court, Exchanges etc
- Ensuring that the agreement s are vetted thoroughly in the interest of company and responses are given within agreed period
- Reporting of the work on monthly, quarterly basis to senior management
- Ad-hoc activities include interpretation matters, clarification, guidance, update on recent changes
Key Accountabilities :-
Handling employee and client litigations
Key Competencies :
- Experience in handling Labour issues and any Experience in handling client litigations in securities market will be an added advantage
Qualification :
Post -graduation degree in Law
Experience :
Total Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in handling issues/litigations pertaining to Labour laws and other Laws
Relevant Experience: Labour Laws and Securities Market Law
