Company : A leading NBFC of a Top Business Conglomerate
Position : Sr. Manager- Lease Sales (Equipment / CV / LCV)
Location : Bangalore
The incumbent's primary business activity is into Leasing of Commercial Vehicle and Equipment (Construction and Industrial) and Car Leasing within the specified region.
Responsibilities :
- To Grow the business and meet quarterly revenue targets. To Co-ordinate closely with existing regional teams, Dealers, OEMs to achieve revenue targets and drive sourcing executives and ensure that the sales process is followed in letter and spirit (Productivity, Yield, Market Share and Compliance to Credit Policy)
- To Identify, acquire and maintain relationship with HNIs and corporate customers for their retail finance (including fleet) and leasing requirements
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region
- Supporting collections team in bringing down the delinquency levels by reaching out to customers either directly or through dealerships
- Financial analysis of clients and markets, identification and optimization of risk identified
- Continuously track competition and gather market intelligence to gauge the effect on own business numbers and take corrective actions as and when required.
- Strong Credit and structuring experience. Structuring deals with Institutions / Dealers
Requirements :
Qualification : MBA / Other Post Graduation
Experience : 7 - 11 years relevant experience in a Corporate Organization of repute. Experience in Leasing in NBFC/BFSI will be preferred.

- Good understanding of the financial markets and the financial products.
- Ability to lead/work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
