- Partnering with business for strategic learning initiatives especially in Technology & Digital Leadership. Includes Learning strategy, Needs assessment, Leadership journey, Succession planning.

- This role is a pivotal role in driving the learning and development activities and in acting as advisor and partner to our business teams.
