What will this role enable you to do?
- Design Business Unit learning plans from a 3-5 year perspective in conjunction with HR and business leaders
- Program Manage high-impact L&D initiatives from rollout plan to delivering the business result
- Build and execute learning initiatives at scale across thousands of learners as well as at depth to develop best-in-class talent in specific business segments and grades
- Overcome all challenges to program coverage and success through deeply understanding the working of the Bank, building relationships and leveraging internal & external resources
- Develop and execute a communication and reinforcement plan to tell the story of each L&D Change initiative and inspire people to act
What experience would make you a successful role-holder?
- Proven track record in designing, driving and monitoring learning & development programs for a large and dynamic organization
- Directly worked with HR and line leadership to build suitable program plans and strong partnerships during large scale rollouts
- Have tracked and delivered targets on program coverage and feedback scores and especially movement in business indices
