- Identify training needs with an organization through job analysis
- Responsible for content management and development ( as per the industry and CoE framework) and designing behavioral training programs as per business needs
- Work with subject matter experts in end-to-end project development, from training design through implementation, testing, rollout, and enhancement.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end talent development programs.
- Managing the delivery of training and development programs
- Assist in developing strategies for integrating learning solutions with digital learning methodologies ensuring a smooth blended approach for learners.
- Support selection and evaluation of vendors including eLearning content development, interactive learning methods, and platforms.
- Participate in and contribute to project scoping and planning, setting the standards for the learner experience that will enable learning objectives to be satisfied.
- Assist with content curation and evaluation to maintain a current and relevant course catalog aligned with content management strategy.
- Accountable for managing the Learning Management Tool and vendor platform used for the various development programs.
