Summary Responsibilities

- Partner with senior management to achieve desired business results by building organizational capability and effectively leading change

- Diagnose / analyze organizational issues; develop and implement change interventions that will improve organizational functioning and leadership bench depth

- Identify and build talent through assisting focused selection, relevant development

- Design, align, and integrate organizational capability building programs with the overall corporate strategy and top initiatives to achieve optimal performance.

- Provide organizational and talent development expertise to senior management on organization assessment, diagnosis, strategic planning, change management, organization design, team development, and group process

- Provide leadership coaching to senior management on organizational, talent, and change management issues

- Will be responsible for program managing and driving leadership learning needs, training needs, create and update leadership curriculum

- Be familiar with a variety of learning mediums, and formulate development plans to supplement organizational employee development and succession management plans.

Key Competencies

- Strong skills in Competency mapping and talent management gained through experience of having led or been part of a team that has driven talent programs in organizations

- Knowledge of management and OD concepts

- A flair and ability to understand and relate to business metrics.

- Knowledge of course delivery

- Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development techniques

- Knowledge of training techniques and ability to suggest enhancements to existing training programs

- Skill in writing proficiency, design, and creative talent

- Skill in cost analysis and budget determination

- Skill in motivating and coaching individuals

- Skill in assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups

- Skill in public speaking and moderating large groups

- Skill in aligning strategic and operational needs with training programs

- Skill in management (written and verbal)

Education and Experience Requirements

- Master's degree and 8+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 5 to 7 years proven L&OD consulting experience working with senior management, at least 3 years as an internal consultant

- Knowledge of organizational behavior, group dynamics, strategic planning, organization and job design

- Skilled in strategic thinking, process consultation, change management, systems thinking, group facilitation, executive coaching, and team building

Demonstrated poise and confidence in working with senior management and ability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels
