Position Summary:
- Performance Oriented, Result Driven L&D Business Partner| Facilitator| Assessment Center Specialist engaging with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Experience in initiating, developing & executing learning solutions, programs & processes which has strengthened organization's capability.
- Responsible for running end to end interventions to fulfill the learning needs.
- TNA, Learning Partner management, Assessments.
- Strategize with the leadership team on learning progress, validate new businesses & discuss relevant training programs
- Identify training needs based on the strategic priorities of the company, develop plans around those needs, and follow-through on those plans
- Talent preparation service for freshers and roll out new learning initiatives based on business needs
- Analyze the individual competency development plans; analyze gaps & close them through appropriate learning interventions
- Capitalize on all modes of delivery available (Classroom, Webinar, Self-Learning)
- Review learning effectiveness on programs
- Deriving Analytics from raw data and preparing reports in MS Excel for management review.
