POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the role holder would be working with business and the Talent & Learning COE in enabling the Talent & Learning strategy of Glenmark. This is a Global role & involves working with different businesses, geographies & levels.
This would involve:
- As part of the Talent & Learning COE team, the individual would ensure the needs of the business are addressed effectively to ensure people capabilities become a competitive advantage for the business
- The role involves being the SPOC for Talent & Learning for the business.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of Talent Review and succession planning process
- Working with the business in articulation & implementation of IDPs for Hi Potential talent
- Build connect and confidence with the High potential talent to be available to them as their Learning Partner
- Working closely with Business/Functional Leaders in showcasing talent and facilitating career moves in line with individual career aspirations, capability & organisation needs
- Ability to independently conceptualize & design OD interventions for the business
- Working with the business in understanding learning needs for the larger population & getting them supported through the learning team.
- Actively working towards improving the learning experience
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or Equivalent from good B School
Knowledge & Skills (Functional/Technical):
- Excellence Project Management
- High Learnability and Detail Orientation
- Process orientation and Data Skills
- Excellent MS Suite skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Ability to facilitate Focus Group Discussions, do diagnostics and qualitative 360s
