About our Client: Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of chemical fragrances and have presence across multiple geographies. They are looking for a seasoned L&D specialist with international experience to head their L&D function.
Job Description : Reporting to the Global Head-HR, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, introducing, proposing and getting approval to lead and implement new L&D initiatives aligned to Group's strategy, objectives
- Establish behavioral competency framework at the global level.
- Develop an yearly / monthly corporate training calendar and execute the training programs.
- Develop eLearning capability for the group through appropriate eLearning vendor / solution provider
- Launch relevant eLearning modules / develop content as per requirement
- Develop and execute appropriate method for measuring training ROI /effectiveness.
- Prepare, review and implement the L&D policy on a periodic basis with the support of Group Head - HR
The Successful Candidate: As a successful applicant you should have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in L&D with exposure to working in a global environment
- Understanding of the international HR concepts and Post Graduate Degree in HR / Psychology
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
