Job description :
As a Sr. Manager- Learning & Development professional, you will be responsible for :
- Working with business leaders to identify strategic leadership capabilities.
- Create learning solutions to enable leadership competencies
- Work with vendors & stakeholders to deliver training programs as and when required (across business and levels)
- Monitor learning effectiveness / analyze relevant metric- working along with the HR operations teams
- Develop strong relationship with stakeholders & partners in delivering effective training programs
- Looking at candidates with 10-14 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of training & development from a IT/Consulting background.
- A Post graduate in HR (full time) preferred.
