Our client is seeking a Manager- L&D who will partner and support building a 'Learning Organization Culture' by leading the 'build' strategy for a robust 'current' & 'future-ready' talent pool to meet business priorities while creating an innovative, curious, agile, inclusive, and impactful learning ecosystem.
The incumbent will partner with business to create and maintain a high-performance culture by implementing functional, behavioral & leadership learning & development strategies that strengthen people and organizational capabilities and drives performance excellence.
EXPERIENCE- :
- Minimum experience- 8+ years of experience in L&D
- Should have work with Tier1 global organizations / MNCs
- MBA (HR) from Tier 1 or 2 Institutes
- Should be drawing a salary of at least 20 lacs per annum currently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Design, Development, Facilitation, and Impact
Lead the design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning and capability development solutions. Participate in the full life-cycle of program design, development, implementation and evaluation, including but not limited to needs analysis, creating/sourcing relevant materials, communications, surveys, facilitation and train the trainer session
- Apply knowledge of vendor landscape, adult learning theory, learning and development best practices, tools and technology to advise on and evaluate options to elevate the learning strategy and offer o on-going, immersive and engaging learning experiences that include education, experience and exposure opportunities
- Design and develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based training materials in multiple modalities. Facilitation in digital environments.
- Use data throughout the solution development lifecycle to identify opportunities, inform decisions, test ideas, design and improve solutions, and measure impact.
- Experience with experimental design & research, instructional design, or project management.
- Facilitate professional and leadership learning sessions, in both classroom and virtual environments creating a comfortable, inclusive and engaging learning environment for meaningful discovery, discussion and collaboration.
- Adopt an iterative approach to designing and delivering innovative development initiatives tied to measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs and development objectives.
- should demonstrate ability to understand, analyze and translate business & HR priorities into learning programs.
Program Management :
- Lead end-to-end learning program management including content management, implementation, communication, analytics and reporting
- Hands-on role managing program details, improving processes and engaging stakeholders, while also learning from customer feedback to improve the learning experience- conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close.
- Program delivery management with ownership and accountability of all programs related tasks and sub-processes
Stakeholder Management :
- Dive deep into role and job level learning needs with leadership teams
- Ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable learning solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and identify related mindset shifts, behavioral changes and performance improvements
