Role Reports to: Functional L&D Head
Job Purpose: To work with the Functional L&D head on driving capability building initiatives across the organization thereby contributing to employee development across roles in marketplace and work towards building a future ready org with enhanced skills
Scope of the Role: To work with RTMs on building capability of marketplace employees through relevant learning programs. Enable relevant competency building for their performance improvement & career progression within the organization . Create/Co-create a variety of initiatives that enable Swiggy to build future ready skills across various roles by ensuring flawless execution of learning and development journeys and other key initiatives. Be a catalyst in building key functional competencies that can contribute to execution excellence in the organization.
Roles Reporting to this role: 4 - 5 members
Areas of Responsibility:
- Managing 'Regional Functional L&D interventions through' learning solutions:
- Liaise with managers/ leaders to determine training needs of marketplace employees in their teams across the board ( Food - Ops/Supply & Support staff)
- Establish development objectives based on the SMART framework: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely that lead to overall performance improvement in the MP roles.
- Design a curated Functional learning experience leading to certification for employees and Managers on prioritized competencies across roles
- Design effective capability building initiatives internally or in partnership with service providers based on adult learning principles.
- Create and Facilitate development initiatives (skill development programs, assignment of e-learning programs , periodic assessments on functional skills etc.) by designing and delivering best in class content through effective mediums (virtual/blended etc.)
- Define the objectives and success metric for the functional learning intervention/program and work towards deploying and monitoring the same through the RTMs
- Co-create development initiatives with external service providers within the available budgets for specific initiatives and ensure effective implementation with end to end program management
