The Senior Manager - L&D will be responsible for providing consultancy and advisory services on learning solutions. He/ She will collaborate with various stakeholders to diagnose workplace performance gaps and evaluate learning opportunities, design, and implement bespoke learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build learning solutions relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs.
- Engage key stakeholders to understand overall business and performance objectives, gain buy-in ahead of learning solutions and to set overall learning and performance objectives.
- Conduct learner assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities and create performance diagnosis reports to define learning gaps.
- Design course curriculum and learning journeys to meet the learning gaps effectively and efficiently.
- Design learning programs for Leaders
- Design and implement the communication plans for proposed learning solutions and interventions to drive participation and learner engagement.
- Define methods and materials to assess learner progress and competence based on analysis of client's objectives and learning solutions and develop learning effectiveness reports.
- Identify potential learning technologies and systems to support implementation of learning solutions and interventions.
- Master's degree with experience in Human Resources
- Eight or more years of experience in a HR role
- Strong communication skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
