Designation : Sr Manager Learning & Development
Location : Mumbai
Reports to : L&D head
Education : MBA - HR
Experience : 6-12 years (Minimum 2 years experience in BFSI is mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- To identify training and development for the SBU through job analysis, Knowledge/skills/attitude analysis and periodic consultation with SBU/LoB Heads and HRRMs for the various businesses/SBUs and content development.
- Assist in developing SBU strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
- Designing and developing training and development programmes based on the SBU needs. This includes program structuring, scheduling and deciding on the timelines, duration and type of training (on-the-job/classroom/online) etc.
- Planning the rollout of the training program and coordination/follow-up on the program if required. Also managing the delivery of training and development programs.
- Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the training programs through feedback questionnaires to participants and discussions with managers.
