This includes program structuring, scheduling and deciding on the timelines, duration and type of training (on-the-job/classroom/online) etc.   - Planning the rollout of the training program and coordination/follow-up on the program if required. Also managing the delivery of training and development programs.   - Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the training programs through feedback questionnaires to participants and discussions with managers.  A detailed JD and a form will be shared with the shortlisted candidates to fill in their profile specifics, post which the interviews will take place.
