We are looking for a Senior Manager for the Learning & Development team of a large organization in BFSI sector in Mumbai.
The person will be responsible for design & implementation of training programs. Scope of work will include both behavioral and functional training comprising of traditional and e-learning programs both.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Effectiveness of Trainings
- Design and development of Training Programs in alignment with business requirements
- Engagement with internal and external Learning Partners
- Enabling the deployment of Automated Learning Management System
People with relevant experience of 3-7 years in L&D post MBA from tier 1 / 2 institute may apply.
