This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Designation- Senior Manager/Lead

Location- Jaipur

Experience- 9-10 Years

Age Group- 35-40 Years (Gender No Bar)

Key Responsibilities-

1. STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:

Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy aligned with the company's objectives and culture.

Identify and analyze the organization's learning needs and gaps through needs assessments and stakeholder consultations.

Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and soft skills enhancement.

2. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY:

Design, develop, and oversee high-quality training materials and curriculum using various methodologies (e-learning, in-person, blended).

Ensure the effective delivery of training programs by leveraging internal and external resources.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance data.

Preparation of annual training calendar and ensuring its execution and upkeep of records.

3. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:

Partner with senior leaders, department heads, and HR business partners to align L&D initiatives with business needs.

Communicate the value and impact of L&D programs to stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.

Cultivate relationships with external training providers and industry experts.

4. TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION:

Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences and improve accessibility.

Stay updated with the industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.

Integrate innovative solutions and approaches to maximize the effectiveness of L&D programs.

5. MONTHLY MIS PREPARATION / PPT:

Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and presentations.

Analyze and compile data on L&D initiatives, employee engagement, training effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on the MIS reports.

6. Need to travel at all plants for delivering / conducting / coordinating the training sessions.

Qualification : o MBA- HR

Experience : o Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

o Proven ability to develop and implement successful L&D strategies.

o Strong leadership and team management skills.

o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
