Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Key stake holders across the organization to identify the training needs and develop a range of interventions to support development (technical & non-technical) of people in evert role.
- Plan & create leadership development strategies and solutions to meet long and short-term business needs. Conducting / coordinating Leadership Development programs as per the Learning strategy & organization needs.
- Ensuring that the established Capability Development Programs are timely coordinated and implemented as per the schedule. and measuring training effectiveness at regular intervals, through multiple formal, informal channels.
- Active involvement in finalizing, fine tuning the content, validation of learning objectives, liaising with Trainers, training institutes to customize the program to our specific needs.
- Designing, publishing, and executing corporate training calendar, preparing & presenting annual Training Budget. Maintaining training records, documentation & MIS to be maintained of all Training Activities. Capturing feedback on training programs as well as conferences and workshops attended
- Lead the L&D function, including the self-directed learning, Leadership development, succession planning, career progression and coaching.
- Assess new training development needs across the organization and support in developing, re-designing, and implementing existing and new training materials.
- Advising on business specific OD interventions based on the pain areas faced by business leaders.
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the institution, identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the institutional level
- Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used, making continuous improvements in the approach, process, and methods as appropriate.
- Maintaining a keen understanding of learning & development trends, developments, and best practices

- Comfortable with understanding and use of technology in HR space - LMS, effective use of Virtual Training Methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage own time and deliverables, and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to understand bigger picture and context and how activities and deliverables contribute to overall initiative and project objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage time and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to deliver and execute learning plans/programs, strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines, under pressure and delivering high quality outputs with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods. Strong Program Facilitation Skills &knowledge of Instructional Design for developing content.
